If you heat correctly the watch before you separate the screen, the adhesive will stay in the watch. After you put the new screen, heat the watch like in the firsts steps and hold the screen in place during 2 or 3 minutes for the adhesive to be a bit cooler, your new screen will stay in place like the old one.
